The Solomon Experience is pleased to have as one its founding Principals,  Mr, Jimmy P. Collins.

Jimmy brings over 37 years of managerial and customer service experience to the team. With a degree in Finance from Penn State, Jimmy had a very successful career in the airline industry with companies such as Continental, AirTran, American Eagle, American and Envoy Air. 

Jimmy took the learnings from sophisticated process and procedure models, required by the Airline industry, to provide safe and reliable travel while providing superior customer service in a highly competitive industry to fuel his entrepreneurial spirit.  

Coming from an industry with razor- thin profit margins, Mr Collins understands the need for private business owners to build a solid foundation of business skills. Jimmy has leveraged this knowledge to create and build multiple successful small businesses.
